We can diagnose and repair most electrical issues with the VAG-COM and solve drive-ability problems. Just tell me
what the issue is and I'll do my best to fix it. I also have a LOT of specialty tools to do the job right!
What's the benefit of going with me over the dealer? Well.....I'm a more affordable alternative and a whole lot more
conscientious about the quality of the work I do. Sometimes the work takes longer than expected. It may be because
the car is really dirty/broken and it is difficult to work on. I can guarantee that your car will be treated as if it's my own.
I do this because I LIKE to do it. And mainly to keep your prized possession out of the hands of some inexperienced
dealer tech. (not a knock on all dealer techs, because some are very good) Are there times I won't work on your car or
do a job? Sure, but I promise that I'll let you know in advance or if it is beyond the scope of my knowledge or will not fit
in my schedule. If your car could or should be warranty repaired from the dealer I'll tell you that too.
Please understand that you are welcome to watch but please try not to be a distraction to the work at hand. We do
not have time to "chit chat" as we are on a schedule and have found some customers can easily double the time it
take to fix a car! If We ask you to wait in the waiting area please don't be offended but that is just the way it has to
be. Just sit down and have a coffee or tea from the Keurig machine. The shop does not have DSL/wifi available so
please bring your own air card if you plan on doing computer work.
If you feel like stopping buy when I have some free time you can pick my brain about stuff. Tips would be appreciated
though if it takes hours on the phone to solve or in person! Donations to the "beverage cooler" are always welcome!
